Paul has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years. After a 12-year career building FmHA apartment projects in 5 western states, he founded Austin Homes LLC to build homes, JR Development to develop land, and The Pines Townhomes LLC to hold rental real estate investments, with the goal to create a publicly held real estate company.

As part of the land development and construction industry, Paul has worked with cities, suppliers, and subcontractors to bring quality, affordable, energy-efficient

housing to the community in which he resides. 

Nikki is a licensed REALTOR with Homes Of Idaho and  is our in house sales lead she will handle your transaction from start to finish.

Nikki has over 10+ years experience in Real Estate. Licensed in Idaho & California.  She has proven to be a skilled negotiator, visionary, entrepreneur and expert strategic planner. She is a top producing Realtor in the Treasure/Boise Valley. She delivers a depth of expertise to her clients few others have to offer.
